Prestige Never disappoints! What a beautiful location, the Atrium has a tropical vibe with a river too, Great way to get a break from the weather outside. Super clean rooms and friendly staff, Stay Here, you won’t be disappointed.

Loved loved our stay here. Staff was super friendly and helpful, atrium was beautiful, great atmosphere and incredible value (we booked in Expedia app and got an even better rate than otherwise would have in Expedia via Kayak). Cabana restaurant was great as well. Two downsides - calling the exercise room a “gym” is being generous, and bedding needs an upgrade - pillows and comforter were quite poor. Value was 2nd to none, however.

I recently stayed here for a couple of nights and was highly impressed with this hotel. It may not look like much from the outside, but inside is a wonder to behold! The restaurant is wonderful, the ambiance is special, and the novelty is unmatched. The creek running through the middle of the interior courtyard, the pool and hot tub and the skylights all contribute to a truly unique hotel experience. We got a room with a balcony that oversaw the courtyard and with the foliage and the ferry lights it was a magical experience. Bonus points for the plush carpeting on the balcony! The room itself was generously sized, and had all the amenities we could realistically need. The bed was large and comfortable, however it was very creaky which did detract from the stay slightly. As did the TV system which seems woefully outdated with a scrolling guide that you cannot control. It reminded me of growing up in the 90's, and honestly that's about the time period the TV system seems to be from. The only real issue I had was that although the hotel is family friendly and there is nothing wrong with that, there were a couple of families that seemed to be travelling and staying together that really had zero consideration for anyone else staying at the hotel. Right up until around 11pm each night the kids were yelling and screaming up and down each hallway and stairwell. At one point they nearly ran down another couple that was walking down the hall. On another occasion, they were running up to rooms (including our own) and banging on the doors like a kind of ding-dong-ditch situation. The reason I highlight this (as I am sure this is a one-off occurrence and not representative of what you could expect typically), is because I was surprised that no hotel staff did anything to try to defuse the situation despite us overhearing other customers complain to the staff about it. In any event, the experience of the hotel itself, it's charms and it's amenities far outweigh any other concerns we may have had and we would definitely stay here again. I would only caution those wanting a quiet and posh experience to maybe consider looking elsewhere as this hotel may not always been the calmest environment.

I enjoyed my stay at the Vernon Lodge during the 2025 Christmas season.I met many new people, enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Really enjoyed my room and the atrium. It was like a tropical experience. Friends and family visited me at the lodge, and the staff made them feel welcome. Meals were very good. I will stay at the lodge again.

The only reason why I can't give any stars for the rooms, is because we didn't stay there. But we do plan on going back. The service was amazing, the fries were DELICIOUS!! good laughs while waiting for our car to be fixed! We will definitely be going back for food, drinks and maybe to stay for a night or two!

Very pleasant experience. Was ideal to have two restaurant options in the hotel. Pool and hot tub area were pleasant and not crowded. Our room had comfortable beds and a microwave/fridge. The heating system was a little noisy but not too bad. We would stay here again.

It is very understated on the outside but inside is like walking into a different world! The atmosphere is calming and something you would not expect from Vernon. The rooms were spacious and quiet, to pool and hot tub were lovely and the Sunday brunch was fantastic! The staff were courteous and helpful! Would highly recommend!
